 Before founding JIZAO in 2022, Andy Yuan spent nearly six years in frontline production at Beijing Jingdiao, where he was deeply involved in machining validation for projects serving companies such as DJI, Apple, XPeng, and NIO. That experience shaped the way JIZAO works today: with a strong respect for manufacturing reality, careful technical review, and responsibility for every part delivered.

JIZAO is not a platform that simply routes orders. Customers work directly with a manufacturing team that reviews parts, evaluates production risk, and stays involved from quotation to shipment.

Your project is reviewed by experienced engineers with real frontline production experience. We do not rely on sales-only communication or AI-only screening to evaluate manufacturability.

We are experienced in high-precision and difficult parts, especially multi-axis parts, thin-wall components, difficult-to-machine materials, and complex geometries for aerospace, medical, robotics, and UAV applications.

Quality control is built into the process from engineering review to final inspection. Parts are inspected against drawing requirements before shipment, and we do not knowingly send nonconforming parts to customers.

JIZAO supports 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining, turning, Swiss-type machining, rapid 3D printed models, and vacuum casting. We support both metal and plastic part manufacturing based on project requirements.
