Once sufficient information is provided — such as material, quantity, tolerances, surface finish, and delivery address — we can typically provide a complete feasibility review, manufacturing proposal, and quotation within 24 hours.

Before production, we check the key manufacturing risks in your design and communicate any concerns clearly. After order confirmation, we continue to update you on project progress throughout production. All parts are inspected against the drawing before shipment, and we do not send parts that do not meet dimensional requirements to our customers.

Lead time depends on part complexity, quantity, and manufacturing process. For prototypes, parts can usually be shipped within 2–5 days. Low-volume production typically requires 15–25 days. For a more accurate delivery schedule, please send us your 3D/2D drawings, material, and quantity. Our engineering team will review the project and provide an estimated lead time during the quotation process.

JIZAO offers a wide range of surface finishing options for both metal and plastic parts, including anodizing, powder coating, painting, electroplating, brushing, sandblasting, and polishing. For custom colors, we can use pre-colored resins or apply post-processing based on RAL or Pantone color standards.

We also support color consistency verification and gloss control to help maintain a consistent visual appearance across different production batches.

Yes. If required, JIZAO can provide factory material certificates, RoHS/REACH compliance reports, and third-party inspection documents. For critical applications, dimensional inspection data, CMM reports, and First Article Inspection (FAI) documents can also be included with shipment.

 

Yes. Many of the materials we commonly use, including aluminum alloys, stainless steel, and engineering plastics, comply with RoHS and REACH requirements. If needed, JIZAO can provide supplier certificates or third-party test reports to support compliance. Please let us know your target standard when submitting your inquiry or RFQ, such as RoHS 3 or REACH SVHC.
